Instructor bio: Emily Schuhmann is a ceramic artist, part-time florist, intuitive practitioner, and former art professor with over 14 years of teaching experience. Her work explores themes of texture, animated shape, and whimsy—often incorporating botanical elements and symbolic imagery. With a background that blends sculpture techniques, art history, mold making, community development, and mindfulness, Emily brings a thoughtful, process-centered approach to every class she leads.
